Building And Development Mortgages Canada Inc. (FSCO License 10102) is the lead mortgage brokerage for the syndicate mortgages that fund Fortress projects. All transactions are closed by Building And Development Mortgages Canada Inc. unless specifically noted otherwise. Licensed mortgage agents/brokers authorized can sell the syndicate mortgages in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Approved persons and organisations, where permitted, may enter into referral relationships with the selling brokerage and will be compensated for having referred, directed and introduced prospective investors/lenders to the syndicate mortgage investmet. In some instances, the relationship is instead between a selling party/registrant and an issuer, please ask for more information. For subject properties outside of Ontario, there are unique provincial brokerage license numbers that will be included in all documents and materials.

The investment is an interest in a mortgage with respect of a real property situated in Canada. It is a "qualified investment" for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and complies with administrative policy of the Canada Revenue Agency regarding investments in mortgages by RRSPs, LIRAs, RRIFs, LIFs, DPSPs, RESPs, RDSPs and TFSAs. The mortgage is offered pursuant to a prospectus and dealer registration exemption in the Securities Act (Ontario) for a person licensed under the Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006.
